The refund request should be made within seven (7) days of the redemption of the early access code.
The usage of our services must be less than 5 videos or equivalent for any of our paid plans within this period.
We understand that plans can change, which is why we have made the refund process as straightforward as possible. However, please note:
Refunds are NOT issued automatically. If you decide to get a refund, please remember to contact us within seven days of the cancellation to request a refund.
We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for usage outside of our 7-day refund policy.
Similarly, refunds are not available if you have used your account within the same calendar month as your request, unless it's within the 7-day money-back guarantee. We recommend cancelling your account promptly to avoid any future subscription charges.
Please note that refunds are applicable only to the current subscription charge on your account. We're unable to provide refunds for charges from the prior month or for additional charges added to your account.
